Use of intermediate wire processing operation

Summary:

When using medium wire for processing operations, if multiple different shapes of cutting are required on the same workpiece, follow the steps below:


1. Use Wi Pro to program different shapes for wire processing, and save the prepared processing programs separately;


2. Click on the "Program Connection" button on the right-hand side of the screen of the wire feeding cabinet, and the user operation area of the wire feeding cabinet will enter the "Program Connection" mode;


3. Click "Add" on the screen of the wire feeder cabinet to add the machining program saved in the first step to the program table;


4. Fill in the X and Y coordinates of the starting point of the program in the table relative to the starting point of the first program (our self-made program, we call it W1), and the starting point coordinates of the second program (as above, we call it W2) relative to the starting point coordinates of the first program, which are (50mm, 40mm);


5. In the 'Connection Method', you can choose between 'Move' or 'Process'. When selecting 'Move', the intermediate wire feeding machine will quickly move to the starting point (threading hole) of the next program after completing each program; When selecting [Processing], after each program is processed, it will be cut in a straight line to the starting point (threading hole) of the next program;


6. After selecting [Connection Method] as [Processing], you can decide whether to check [Display prompt before starting all programs (shapes)] as needed; When the 'Connection Method' is set to 'Mobile', there is no need to select this option. The middle wire system will default to prompt the middle wire user to operate when each program is completed;


7. Specify the working coordinate system used by the program in the main coordinate system of the walking wire, and ensure that the coordinate system is used by any selected program. Usually, we choose the maximum number coordinate system supported by the system (G958);


8. After specifying the above connection information, click "Next" to continue and enter the "Finish&Prepare" screen;


9. The operation method after the 'Finish&Prepare' screen is the same as the operation method after the 'Finish&Prepare' screen in wi pro.
